Step 3: COMPONENTS Do we have to say this? before you can start, make sure you have all the components. Our shop cheated so we had to improvise a little with them. |

Step 4: GET IN THE RIGHT MOOD Very important step, don't skip it. The soldering will take hours so get some decent beer and chips. Don't use Dutch beer, only Belgian will do. While getting in the right mood you can study the circuit once more, like Firestarter shows you here. Finally ask yourself some questions, whats life about or maybe just 'why?'. |

Step 5: START Your doctors for tonight, Firestarter and Lo-bat. ready to melt a gameboy. WARNING!! Don't do this not at home and don't do this at home!!! The tutorial is made by professional stuntmen, so you do it on your own risk. We take no responsibility for burned fingers, fire-attacked living rooms or any psychical or physical problems while building the gear. |

Step 6: PLUG THE COMPONENTS IN PLACE As often reported in the news it's strongly recommented that the components are on the right place. Be sure that the big silver tower ( also known as quart ) and it's small creamic friends cappy and coppy ( the artists formerly known as capacitor 3 and 4 ) are really closed to the black spider ( Mister 18 pin socket for the PIC ). Else you might get problems with radio-waves, sent by aliens from outa space! |

Step 7: SOLDERING Don't burn your fingers. Don't burn the poor components who can't say, that the heat is hurting them. Be nice to them and they will like you maybe for the rest of your gameboy life! |

Step 8: TESTING Alright!! Everything should work by now and before you put it in a box, do some testing! |
|||||||

|||||||
Step 9: BUILD A BOX Time to build a box for our creation! We took a transparent box because it looks so cool, if you have some better ideas, let us know. Note that we choose to have the battery outside of the box... then we never have to open it again. Of course you do with it what you want. |
